Where do you ship to?

We currently ship nationwide in the Philippines. We ship from our headquarters in Metro Manila.

 

How long does shipping take?

We normally fulfill your order within 1-2 business days once your order has been received. Shipping typically takes 2-7 business days.

 

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat fee of ₱175. Two or more orders qualify for free shipping at checkout (use code free2) PLUS an additional 5% off your cart. The offer excludes certain sale items/other discounts.

 

Do you offer COD (cash on delivery)?

Yes, we offer COD (cash on delivery). Have the exact amount stated on your invoice prepared for payment upon delivery to facilitate a smooth transaction. Please also ensure that a person is available to receive and settle the payment when the item is delivered. The courier will make two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the item will be returned to the seller (RTS). Accounts with failed Cash on Delivery transactions will be ineligible to choose COD as a payment method for future orders.

What is the return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, simply return it for a full refund! Returns are only accepted on orders fulfilled within 30 days.

For returns, please notify us first at hello@storystrung.com. State the reason for your return. Include your order number and shipping zip code. We will then send you the address where you can return the product. Due to varying You will have to pay for shipping.

All items must be returned in their ORIGINAL BOX and have NO visible damages to receive a refund. This is to ensure the item has not been used. Refunds are released after the product is received at our address and inspected.

In the case of any product damage or breakage, our team will require proof of break or damage for a refund. We may ask the customer to return the damaged product to us for further inspection prior to issuing a refund. Refunds are processed for damaged products after our inspection is finalized.

We release new designs every few months. Sign up for our SMS for exclusive sales and announcements of new styles/colors releasing! 

 

Is your jewelry, waterproof/sweatproof/hypoallergenic?

All our jewelry is waterproof, sweatproof, and hypoallergenic! You don’t need to worry about taking your pieces off when you shower, go to the beach, or the gym.

 

What is your jewelry made out of?

Our jewelry is 18K PVD gold plated or polished stainless steel. PVD coatings make our jewelry resistant to corrosion from sweat and regular wear than gold plating.

Some pieces also have semiprecious stones or beads.
